The City of Light Festival traditionally organizes a seminar for lighting professionals. This year, the seminar is organized in cooperation with the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) of Finland.
The seminar has been organized in Jyväskylä since 2008 and is attended by experts and creators from urban planning and municipal engineering, architecture, electrical and lighting design, and light art.
