City of Light Professional Seminar on October 1st, 2026

The seminar for lighting professionals has traditionally been organized with the City of Light Festival. The seminar has been held in Jyväskylä since 2008 and brings together experts and practitioners from fields such as urban planning and municipal engineering, architecture, electrical and lighting design, as well as light art.

Once again, the program will feature a comprehensive selection of engaging lectures, company project and product presentations, guided visits to lighting installations and event artworks—and, of course, inspiring discussions during a shared evening gathering.

The seminar is held in Finnish.
